A Legal Disclaimer

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly; if so, we’ll notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes once the parcel arrives in your country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rudra Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we can re-ship it once additional postage is paid.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days (UK) or 30 days (international), please email hello@rudrarituals.com with your order number and any supporting photos.
We’ll work with our courier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you order an item on pre-order or back-order, the estimated dispatch date will appear on the product page or order confirmation email.
All items in the same order will ship together unless arranged otherwise.

8. Sustainability Note

Rudra Rituals aims to minimise waste and environmental impact.
We use recyclable packaging materials and carbon-offset shipping partners where possible.
