1. Overview
At Rudra Rituals, we take great pride in crafting high-quality grooming and wellness products.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, certain restrictions apply as outlined below.
2. Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used grooming products — including beard oils or any item with a broken seal.
We can accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be sent back in their original, unused condition.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@rudrarituals.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit for future purchases

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Sample-size products

7. Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot process direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — some transactions take time to process.
